I say “secret” because most of us don’t get how vital it is as the key to joy and success. And often, even when you know it, you are likely to still bypass it out of old thoughts or conditioning!
A couple of months ago, a client asked me an excellent question about her progress when she noticed how easy it was to stop it even after a couple of weeks due to other plans she had in her schedule. She had asked for a break between her first 3 month coaching package and the second which she was now signing up for. She felt a need to ‘process’ all that had happened since she began coaching. I recommended she continue but she felt strongly, so we proceeded to begin later. The cost of that break became apparent when we started up again.
While all was not lost, it was a great example of what I’ll be sharing in my online seminar.
Recently I came upon a quote that I felt answered her question succinctly which prompted this upcoming free class. It’s a point I had to learn and was not doing myself for years at the level I could have if I had really understood it back then. It’s not that the truth was hiding anywhere. I just had a different belief system which didn’t fully support my vision.
It’s a cousin of persistence – likely the most powerful ingredient along with desire that creates a new reality.
