The Canadian pride showing up in the wearing of the colour Red has been a delight to see. I have a secret hope that this will draw Vancouverites to adding more colour to their wardrobes! Red is a colour that has creeped very slowly into my own closet and yet it’s been quite flattering to view it on everyone. The right shade matters of course. Not all can wear a tomato red. I think the mitten red that we’re seeing works very well on most complexions. Will we all wear more red once the Olympics have moved on? Waiting in anticipation.
