A delightful comment from a recent client who had a Wardrobe Cleanse:
“Well, a definite shift already. My boyfriend took me to dinner last night, and normally I wouldn’t care too much about what I wore, but I threw on my grey cords with my black v neck short sleeved sweater top, the bright pink silk scarf, and a medallion necklace and put my grey/black fabric high heels on – and I felt wonderful – more like – powerful – I didn’t feel “contrived” with what I wore, nor “perched” on my high heels.
Overall, I feel a strange sense that I can’t even find words for. Maybe, dismay that I couldn’t get this process of ‘chaos clearing’ underway sooner in my life. Maybe a touch of disbelief that I am really going to change!!
The box of give-aways is in the trunk of my car and I’ve thrown out the gold t-shirt. I definitely feel like I’ve started a good process! I really want to keep it going! Thanks!” D.B.
Change is something we can bring in through fun and play and through some professional help. It makes it less scary and allows us to move forward with momentum and natural desire. And why not look great doing it?
How freeing! Inspiring just to read this, Jas. I think I have a few gold t-shirts that need to go 🙂
