A couple of weeks ago, I discussed my interview training session with a client. I just found out that her first interview was successful! She’s now waiting for a reply from another interview she attended , and hopefully will be making the choice between two offers. We worked with her to improve the way she presents herself – adding confidence, professionalism, and passion. As she learned to bring out these qualities, her body language and voice naturally shifted. She also improved her communication style by speaking less casually, which was giving an impression of indifference even though that’s not what she intended.
A couple of hours spent polishing skills and learning techniques can lead to exciting opportunities.
