The Weeds of Failure

In my last post, I discuss how I became more comfortable with “failure”, realizing it’s the step to achieving success. But it has its challenges.

A slight of hand can obscure what’s possible when I feel I’ve failed at something. When I sink into that side, there’s darkness and I have to be vigilant in remembering it’s simply a mirage that is fueled by fear, doubts, and negative thinking. They are weeds that must be identified and pulled out.

As I draw myself out of any negativity, by the various supports I have in place, I see how that sinking has the power to release me from stale stories and push me to clean them out and look for the light – that energy that shows me that I have to take bigger steps upon regaining awareness (Einstein: “We cannot solve our problems by the same thinking that created them.”) More opening is required. More joy must be let in. Inspiration needs to be called upon. And I must put myself in a state that invites that inspiration to arrive.

I must begin to listen, to observe, to notice what now wants to come forth. I must combine this with the vision I had, which may need to be changed to some degree with the new evidence coming forth. Step by step, I must choose to keep going – with my success clearly in mind.

There is no going back. I’ve seen what is possible and available.

I am open now to failure, more even than my mind is comfortable with, but that’s the point. Failure is a simple message that it’s time to think differently and act differently.

For along with the “failures” came successes that used to sit in my dreams.

Are you willing to fail in order to succeed?

It’s your dreams and a life fully lived waiting on the other side.

There comes a time when we all have to ask ourselves how important our dreams are, how much we’re willing to have them, how available we are to be happy, how ready we are to take the action required.

I am available to coach those who are willing to go beyond their fear of failure so they can succeed in a way that has their soul coming alive and their desires materializing. Let’s talk and see what needs to shift so you can rise up today. The sooner you say “yes”, the sooner the results arrive. info@joiworks.com for a free consultation.
