Because I find it difficult to allow myself to just be – Nia movement helped me get to know myself in a non-threatening setting…sometimes you literally need to sweat to get out of your own way.
I have just finished my second Nia class. Normally feeling uncoordinated and out of shape – I now feel relaxed, and thankful for a place that makes me feel good about myself.
