Jasjit Rai combines her Human Resources specialization with a Black Belt certification and over 10 years teaching the mind/body/spirit health and fitness practice called the Nia Technique. Also, as a Wellness Educator with Shepell fgi, Jasjit regularly led health and wellness seminars for top companies in British Columbia.
